Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were designed with all the comforts, but a bit cramped at times due to the lively atmosphere with students. The service was friendly and helpful, but there was a slight delay in our case. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Leuven, ideal for exploring the city. The dining experience was pleasant but slightly self-service oriented. Overall, a decent option with some ups and downs.
The junior suite is fantastic, but there is one major issue; a lively bar nearby can be noisy until early morning hours. The room was a bit run down and had a water leakage problem, yet it was well furnished overall.
The junior suite in the expensive central Leuven hotel is fantastic with large rooms featuring an arcade console, large comfy bed, and a seemingly endless supply of movies and music. However, an external issue is the loudness from a popular bar frequented by students below the window late into the night. The rooms are spacious, equipped with a safe, fridge, and tea/coffee facilities.
Staying above a typical Belgian 'Frieten' shop, the hotel offers small but fun and attractive rooms with everything you need. The decoration is beautiful, and the beds are very comfy.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were extremely small and had a strong smell of Thai food due to the restaurant below, but they did have large and comfortable beds. The service was a bit too eager to clean up and ask guests to leave, although the staff were overall friendly and courteous. The location was excellent with plenty of restaurants nearby, but it felt a bit crowded. The dining experience was expensive and the space was crowded, lacking fresh options. Facilities were limited but adequate for my needs.
The hotel is centrally located with spacious and comfortable rooms but lacks a city view and mini-bar. The service is exceptional, with helpful staff and convenient amenities, including booked taxis. The dining experience is good but with room for improvement in some options. The location is ideal for exploring Leuven but may have issues with an overpowering smell. Overall, a value-for-money choice for a stay in the city.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms exuded charm, and I particularly appreciated the Smeg refrigerator. While the temperature in the rooms could get warm, overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
The hotel is wonderfully spacious with great facilities, offering very nice and comfortable rooms. It can be a bit loud due to students enjoying themselves in the plaza nearby. The service is extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist guests even after long travel hours. The location is unbeatable, surrounded by numerous dining and entertainment options in downtown Leuven. The dining experience, while good, may feel a bit repetitive after an extended stay. Overall, a great value for a stay in a beautiful part of Leuven.
The hotel rooms were better than expected, though a bit noisy. They were beautiful and just what I needed, but had a sour/sewage smell that I believe was from the refrigerator and previous A/C leaks. Despite that, the rooms were clean and spacious. The service was exceptional, although a bit loud in the morning. The location was amazing, right in the heart of Leuven with many dining options nearby. The dining experience was great, with a small hiccup in food supply. The facilities were top-notch, catering to various needs.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were beautiful and just what I needed, although there was a slight mildew smell possibly from the refrigerator or previous AC leaks. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff. The location was perfect, offering easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was superb with a wide selection, though some hot items like boiled eggs would have been a nice addition.
